Our urban sanctuary

Set amongst the trees on Leighton Place in Hornsby, OM is a boutique yoga studio with a different kind of energy. Step inside and leave the noise, rush and pressure of everyday life at the door. This is your urban sanctuary to move, breathe and reset.

Part of the Hornsby community since 2013, our studio welcomes people through the doors seven days a week. They come to reconnect, find balance, build strength, and carve out space for both body and mind.

Yoga brings the mind, body and breath into sync, helping to release tension and support overall wellbeing. A regular practice strengthens the body, improves breathing, and creates space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Step away from the demands of the day, focus inward, and find a little clarity on the mat.

Whether you’re looking to build heat in a dynamic flow class, enjoy a shorter flow followed by a guided meditation, or settle into a slower, more restorative yin practice, there’s something here for every body.

Alongside our regular timetable, we host special events and workshops throughout the year, and welcome high school student groups who visit the studio to experience yoga as part of their PDHPE curriculum.

Our studio may be spacious, but we intentionally keep class sizes small so every client receives the attention and support they deserve.

Smaller groups mean we get to know the people who walk through our doors. It also allows us to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and safe in your practice at all times.

Our teachers work closely with clients to help them find the practice that works best for their body. Whether that means using props, exploring a more—or less—challenging variation of a pose, or offering modifications for injuries or limitations, we’re here to support your yoga journey every step of the way.

We know life is busy, and fitting something new into an already full schedule can be a challenge. That’s why we offer classes seven days a week, making it easier to find a time that works for you.

All of our classes are designed to be accessible for anyone with a basic level of fitness. Our instructors guide each session with options for every body, offering modifications, alternatives, or more challenging variations depending on your experience and comfort level.

Whether you’re new to yoga or building on an existing practice, you’ll find a class that meets you where you are.

Flow

MOVE. BREATHE. REPEAT.

Build heat, strength and focus in our dynamic Flow classes. Link breath with continuous movement, and let yourself be guided smoothly from pose to pose in a steady, energising sequence.

Expect a relatively fast-paced practice designed to build strength, improve flexibility and develop balance, all while helping the mind settle into the rhythm of movement and breath. Each session wraps with a short relaxation so you leave grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.

MOVE. BREATHE. UNWIND.

EStart with 40 minutes of our signature breath-driven Flow, linking movement and breath to build warmth, focus, and presence on the mat. Then hit pause with a deeply relaxing 20-minute guided meditation designed to quiet your mind and restore your energy.

Meditations change weekly—from Yoga Nidra to guided imagery—helping calm the nervous system, melt stress, and reconnect you to yourself.

Walk away balanced, clear, and completely reset.

STRETCH. BREATHE. STRENGTHEN

Who says yoga has to be on the floor? Using the chair as your launchpad, this gentle yet powerful practice helps you move freely, build strength, and keep your joints happy—all from the comfort of home.

Explore your range of motion, improve balance, and feel your body come alive, one supported stretch at a time.

Ditch the hustle and sink into long-held poses that dig deep—into your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets make it effortless to fully let go.

This is your mind-body reboot: slow, meditative, and unapologetically restorative. Melt stress, silence the mental noise, and find the kind of calm that sticks.

Serenity - Unlimited Sessions

$75 per fortnight (ongoing autopay)

Our premium membership for those for whom there is no such thing as too much yoga! For only $5 per fortnight more than our Harmony membership, you will be able to attend as many yoga sessions as you can fit into each week.

Initial payment credits your account with unlimited classes for 2 weeks. Subsequent ongoing payments are deducted automatically every fortnight. This membership has a minimum term of 2 months and can be canceled at any time after that. Any unused classes will be forfeited.

Stillness - 2 Sessions per Fortnight

$40 per fortnight (ongoing autopay)

For those who would like to enjoy the benefits of the lower per session price of an ongoing membership, and who expect to attend practice once each week.

Initial payment credits your account with 2 classes and 2 weeks to use them. Subsequent ongoing payments are deducted automatically every fortnight. This membership has a minimum term of 2 months and can be canceled at any time after that. Any unused classes will be forfeited.

Balance - 4 Session per Fortnight

$60 per fortnight (ongoing autopay)

For those who want to make yoga a regular part of each week, and who expect to attend practice twice a week.

Initial payment credits your account with 4 classes and 2 weeks to use them. Subsequent ongoing payments are deducted automatically every fortnight. This membership has a minimum term of 2 months and can be canceled at any time after that. Any unused classes will be forfeited.

Harmony - 8 Session per Fortnight

$70 per fortnight (ongoing autopay)

For those who would like to take their yoga practice to the next level, and who expect to attend practice up to 4 times per week.

Initial payment credits your account with 8 classes and 2 weeks to use them. Subsequent ongoing payments are deducted automatically every fortnight. This membership has a minimum term of 2 months and can be canceled at any time after that. Any unused classes will be forfeited.

Location

We are located in Unit 44, 31-33 Leighton Place, Hornsby NSW 2077

Once you turn onto Leighton Place from Salisbury Road, follow the road until you see a big sign on the right hand side with the number 28 on it. The driveway for 31-33 Leighton Place is across on the left hand side of the road (look for the Hornsby Works sign).

Once you've turned left into the driveway, keep following it past the gates and all the way up. Keep to your right to get to the top level—you'll find Unit 44 in the center building.

There are marked parking spots as you come up the ramp. If no spots are available there, continue past the studio and you will find plenty more spots at the far end of the building and as you loop around the building.
